LiveryDesk will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Client. LiveryDesk will retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreement.

Our Services are designed to allow you to assign tasks to field workers, communicate with your field workers and customers (“Users”), and view information pertaining to your field workers’ activity. LiveryDesk does this in part using GPS and other sensors on devices running LiveryDesk applications. Some information is automatically collected from or about your Users and field workers when you use our Services and may include, for example, geographic coordinates, phone numbers, names, and addresses.
You agree to comply with all applicable privacy and data protection regulations. Further, you agree to not use our service to send us sensitive information where unauthorized disclosure could cause material, severe, or catastrophic harm or impact to LiveryDesk, any data subjects or relying parties. Our Privacy Policy does not cover information we collect about your Users on your behalf from your mobile and web properties. LiveryDesk takes reasonable steps to help protect your personal information in an effort to prevent loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. It is your responsibility to protect your user names and passwords to help prevent anyone from accessing or abusing your accounts and services. You should not use or reuse the same passwords you use with other accounts as your password for our services.
If you are under 18, or the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which you reside, you may only use the LiveryDesk website and LiveryDesk Services with the consent of your parent or legal guardian.
You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from LiveryDesk by following the instructions in those emails. If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as emails about your LiveryDesk projects or our ongoing business relationship. You may also send requests about your contact preferences, changes and deletions to your information including requests to opt-out of sharing your personal information with third parties by emailing info@liverydesk.com. LiveryDesk will respond within ninety (90) days to any request to delete your information. Individuals who have provided information to LiveryDesk’s customers must send requests to change or delete such information to the particular LiveryDesk customer.
